The Game and related services are offered exclusively within the following territory: the United States of America, excluding the Prohibited Jurisdictions below.
The game and related services on our Platform are not available in the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, South Carolina, and South Dakota (each a “Prohibited Jurisdiction”).
To evaluate a player’s geographic eligibility, we utilize location services made available by Apple or Android operating systems. This verification relies on the GPS functionality of the player’s mobile device.
While location-verification controls are implemented, we do not warrant that every user will be identified with absolute accuracy by geographic location. Each player remains solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable state and local laws when accessing or using the game or related services on our Platform.
